Preliminary phase : Site preparation.
The first step was to dispose of the more than 30 tons of debris from the crashed roof, the walls erosion, and damaged broken wood. This having unveiled the great potential of restoration of the site, the next step was to do the immediately needed repairs to walls, windows, and to install an entry door to restrict unauthorized access to the site.
