The cost of the restoration of Slat Lkahal has been estimated at 80,000 Euros ($ 120.000), an amount particularly low considering the extent of the degradation and the size of the building.
This has been achieved thanks to the big savings realized as follows:
-Direct hiring of construction and carpentry local artisans.(No costs of middlemen developers, contractors, and site managers )
-The graciously offered services of the Architect of the project, Mr Jonathan Myara DPLG Paris.
-The benevolent ad hoc services of Project administration and construction control by professional inspectors.
